General Features

Many advertisers to choose from. Many run small webpages like myself.
Cut and Paste code is usually customized for your account
Your account is your e-mail and a password chosen by you.
The advertisement can be text links or banners which are provided by the individual advertisers which you may copy the ads to your server for speedier loading.
Online reporting which updates every 24 hours.

Payouts

Variable payout depending on the individual advertiser (ranging from $0.00 to $0.12)
Requests for payment can be made at any time once your account balance reaches $50. You receive all payments directly from Submit It!.
Payments are made on the first business day of the month

Limitations/drawbacks

A Link Partner will only be credited (at most) once every 24 hours for sending a click to each advertiser’s Link for each unique surfer IP address.
At any time a ClickTrade advertiser can zero-out the payout rate for a particular Link Partner.
I've found the server to be down several times a month.
Most advertisers on this service do not uphold the amount that they advertise to pay. For example one advertiser claims to pay 15 cents a click and when I finally signed up with him and got my web page approved, the pay out rate was 2 cents per click. I have received this greater than 90 percent of the time.
Some of the advertisers let their accounts run dry and thus they are getting freebies when people click on your link (they pay you 0.00 instead of the intended amount).
